Efraín Goldenberg
Efraín Goldenberg Schreiber, or "Efraím," served as Peru's finance minister, foreign relations minister, and prime minister in the 1990s.〔Catherine M. ==Early life==
Goldenberg was born on December 29, 1929, in Lima, Peru, to German Jewish immigrants. He grew up in Talara, and attended the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
